About the advisor
Paweł Piotr Nowak is a succession advisor with more than 30 years of experience working with family businesses. He created the Generational Succession Biologics™ methodology (Biologika Sukcesji Pokoleniowej™) and the 4W Model: Knowledge, Power, Ownership, Values (Wiedza, Władza, Własność, Wartości).
In 2019 he founded the National Chamber of Succession Advisors (Krajowa Izba Doradców Sukcesyjnych, KIDS). As its president he leads the certification of advisors, the professional code of ethics and the register of certified Succession Advisors.
He is the author and lead lecturer of the MasterClass for Succession Advisors - a certification programme accredited by KIDS and run together with WSB-NLU. More than 50,000 people have taken part in his training.
He has written 8 books on generational succession, published by Onepress (Helion), including the six-volume series Generational Succession Biologics. The first volume of the series is also available in English.
He brings law, tax, finance, psychology and biology together into one conversation about the owner's decision. Over three decades he has watched family businesses through the full cycle: from the first generation building the assets to the children joining the company.
